I created the PROGRAM I WANTED to see in the world
In the early days of my career, I was sick of the way that adspaces and media pressure people to look a certain way. I hesitated to advertise weight loss, because I didn't want to contribute to the problem.
But in using hypnosis for myself, I tapped into my own authentic reasons for wanting to take care of my body, and I was able to find an approach that made me feel confident, calm, and free from the compulsions that were sabotaging my goals and peace of mind. I realized that taking care of my body is one of my values, and how I feel about myself is one of my top priorities. Adopting this perspective has transformed my career, my relationships, and, of course, the way I relate to my body.
While this program focuses on emotional healing, whole foods, good movement, and all the benefits that arise from putting your body in a state of deep relaxation, I also offer dietician-approved meal plans and an in-app nutrition coach who can help you with any questions you might have about what a balanced diet looks like for you. I find this especially helpful if you thrive with structure and guidelines (most of us do) or if you are trying to find balance after taking an unbalanced approach.
(This is not keto, or intermittent fasting, or any other kind of restrictive approach, although it does accommodate omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, and food allergies. If you want to practice Keto or IF I encourage you to find a program or coach who specializes in doing Keto/IF right, as it is not in my wheelhouse.)
