EFT for Weight Loss

EFT, or Tapping, is a form of Neurolinguistic Programming conceived of by Gary Craig. It works by stimulating certain pressure points and focusing on positive and negative emotional states to rewire the brain.

In this short, 3-week course, we’re going take just a few minutes each day to tap on an affirmation for weight loss.


Each day a new video will open up to you, and you’ll receive the affirmation and tapping practice for the day. It makes a great morning ritual!

You don’t have to want to lose weight to enjoy these videos! These videos are great affirmations for getting into your body, and creating a habit of self-soothing and positive self talk.
